SpiceJet net loss widens to Rs 17.81 cr in Aug quarter
Low cost airline, SpiceJet Ltd on Friday reported a net loss of Rs 17.81 crore for the quarter ended August 31, as compared to a net loss Rs 10.81 crore during the same quarter last year.
However, total income more than doubled to Rs 180.33 crore during the June-August quarter this year, from Rs 66.26 crore in the year-ago quarter, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Shares of the company dropped nearly 2 per cent to Rs 43.60 at the BSE.
