MUMBAI: Jet Airways on Monday said it is launching a Kolkata-Ahmedabad flight and additional services between Kolkata and Guwahati, both effective from December 17.

The Kolkata-Ahmedabad service would be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The flight would leave Kolkata at 1820 hours and reach Ahmedabad at 2050 hours.

The flights would leave Ahmedabad at 2125 hours and arrive at Kolkata at 2355 hours on the same day, Jet said in a statement here today.

The leading private carrier has increased the frequency of flights between Kolkata and Guwahati. Jet would fly from Kolkata to Guwahati on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 1820 hours and reach at 1930 hours.

On the return leg, Jet would fly out of Guwahati at 2005 hours and reach Kolkata at 2115 hours, it said.
