JetLite not to merge with parent firm Jet Airways
NEW DELHI: JetLite would continue to operate as a separate entity and is not being merged with its parent Jet Airways. However, various functions of the two carriers, such as sales, marketing and ticketing, would be integrated. Naresh Goyal-owned Jet Airways acquired Air Sahara a year ago and rechristened it as JetLite.
