Kingfisher Airlines has made announcement that the company will start two daily flights between Mumbai and Nashik from November 17, 2008 from Ojhar air strip of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL).

According to the company officials, air service between Mumbai and Nashik will woo civilians and entrepreneurs.

The source close to the company said that air services will also be made available for the folks of New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad from Nashik (Ojhar).

According to the reports, the proposed Mumbai to Nashik air service was earlier rolled out by Indian Airlines, Vayudoot and Air-Deccan but was shut down following poor response from passengers.
