how can I contact the MD or CEO or anyone at higher echlons of your airlines wrt a complaint / assistance.I’m Maj K Sharma of army and I ‘d written a mail on 13 Oct 09 to your custom relations wrt some assistance for claiming air fare.i yet again asked for confirmation of receipt of my mail on 18 Oct. But no reply or even acknowledgemnet has been received till today. I’m surprised that an airline which boasts of being one of the best airlines would have so disappointing customer satisfaction management.it is requested that necessary assistance be considered and rendered (as it is not anything big)and also advised to improve the customer relations. regards.

    Dear Spicejet,

Sometime ago, my aged parents had to travel from Coimbatore to Delhi and back. Dad was semi-paralytic. Spicejet had treated them like VIPs. Thanks to the MALE CABIN CREW who looked after my parents as if his own. May GOD bless him. Thanks to SPICEJET. May you grow higher and higher.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010 to all of you SPICEJET.
